Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join the Corporate Property & Assets team. You'll manage a diverse property portfolio across the city, including both operational and investment assets valued at Β£500m+.
You'll undertake lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and asset management, support regeneration projects, and liaise with tenants and stakeholders. A MRICS qualification and strong negotiation skills are required; hybrid/flexible working is available.
