Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an Early Years Inclusion Officer to enable young children aged 0 to 5 with SEND to learn, develop and flourish. The role involves planning inclusive programmes via Portage, home visits and stay-and-play sessions, and multi-agency collaboration with families and professionals.

You will identify SEND early, support timely interventions, maintain up-to-date assessments, and provide practical guidance and reports to colleagues.
