Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for Retail Assistants and Ticket Office Assistants to support its commercial operations at the bet365 Stadium retail store and ticket office. Reporting to the Store Manager and Ticket Operations Manager you will form part of busy teams, working cross departmentally as required. Being prepared to go that extra mile to provide outstanding customer service you will create and provide our customers with a best in class experience, facilitating efficient and accurate purchasing of official club merchandise and ticketing products.
Main Responsibilities
- Representing Stoke City Football Club in a positive and professional way at all times.
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and make valuable recommendations.
- Communicating effectively with incoming calls from customers.
- Processing card payments and reconcile cash payments quickly and accurately.
- Suggesting relevant products or events to upsell where possible.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of relevant retail and ticketing systems/software to deal with a range of customer queries and demands.

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover match day fixtures and other ad hoc events at the bet365 Stadium. All positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
