Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League has an exciting opportunity available to join our team of Turnstile Operators to support its matchday operations at the bet365 Stadium. As a Turnstile Operator, you will be responsible for checking and reconciling matchday and stadium event tickets. The ideal candidate will ensure that supporters receive exceptional customer service upon entry into the stadium.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Facilitating the smooth and orderly flow of spectators into the stadium during matchdays and events.
- Checking that customer tickets display correct details and guiding them to the appropriate team for any discrepancies.
