Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Retail and Ticketing Systems Administrator to join our team at the bet365 Stadium.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our supporters receive a seamless experience, whether they are purchasing merchandise or securing tickets for matchdays.
Reporting to the Retail and Ticketing Systems Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day administration of our digital platforms, providing essential technical support and ensuring our systems operate efficiently.

This is a full time position typically Monday to Friday however as this role supports matchdays, events and peak operational periods, availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
Training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to support our systems and processes.
- Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining product details, website content and digital assets across all retail and ticketing platforms to ensure high standards.
- Creating and managing retail and ticketing promotions and discount codes.
- Processing online refunds in accordance with Club policies.
- Providing first line technical support for retail and ticketing systems, liaising with software providers to ensure swift resolutions.
- Supporting event setups and conducting pre-match system testing to ensure operational readiness.
- Assisting the wider retail and ticketing teams during peak periods by handling supporter enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Ensuring compliance with all Club policies, including safeguarding, health and safety and betting integrity rules.
- Supporting a culture that demonstrates the Club’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful support to customers and colleagues.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities during peak periods.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and system maintenance.
- Previous experience in a retail or ticketing administrative role is desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Experience in managing POS systems, ticketing software or web CMS platforms is desirable.
