Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League are looking for a Casual Partnerships Coordinator to support our Commercial operations.
The role will be based at the bet365 Stadium.
Our partnership portfolio is expanding rapidly, and this is an exciting time to join the department as we grow our commercial operations.
As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will support our busy team with administration, inventory management and research, ensuring the needs of our partners, sponsors and advertisers are met to the highest standard.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within a fast paced commercial environment and contribute to our ongoing growth ambitions.
Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
- Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating client records to ensure accuracy.
- Sending and collating terms and conditions and invoices following sales.
- Supporting the logistics associated with commercial player appearances and partner events.
- Researching potential new clients to support the partnerships sales team.
- Collating benchmarking data relating to partnerships and advertising.
- Collating client artwork to ensure inventory is delivered in a timely manner.
- Scheduling match to match advertising inventory with relevant internal departments.
- Supporting the delivery of signed merchandise.
- Distributing branded imagery to relevant clients.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Basic IT skills.
