Stoke by Nayland Resort is seeking an experienced Head Therapist to lead our Spa team and drive guest experiences, treatment quality and team development.

You will support the Spa Manager in leading a high-performing therapist team while maintaining the highest standards of treatment delivery, guest care, training and operational excellence. Due to location, having your own transport is essential.
