Salary: £53,000 Location: Corby Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Reporting to the Head of Operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Operation. Your tasks Your tasks will include, but not limited to: Overseeing operations by managing the daily activities to ensure efficiency within the warehouse Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and achieve company goals Manage the resource, including personnel, equipment, and budgets to optimise operations (including temp labour) Lead and mentor the operations team by fostering a productive and positive work environment Create and monitor a culture of Health and Safety, and Security at all times Oversee training plans within warehouse Implement new business within the warehouse Responsible for the utilisation and maintenance of MHE and other equipment.
