We are working exclusively with a FTSE 100 acquisition-led group to hire an M&A Integration Manager into their central finance and integration team. The group acquires businesses at scale, across multiple sectors and geographies. This role has been created to increase the capacity of the central M&A, Finance and Integration team. You will support experienced integration leads on post-close financial integration, contribute to disposal processes, and build towards owning smaller bolt-on integrations independently. The work is varied, the stakeholders are senior, and the exposure across the transaction lifecycle is genuine.

What You Will Do

  • Support financial integration of acquired businesses, including opening balance sheets, controls implementation and reporting readiness.
  • Assist with disposal processes - stress-testing financials, normalising earnings, and supporting management teams through a sale.
  • Build relationships with incoming finance teams and act as a key point of contact through the transition.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration tools and processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Background in transaction services, financial due diligence or vendor assist at a Big Four or top mid-market firm.
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent workstreams under time pressure.
  • Credible and confident with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational functions.
  • Sector experience in manufacturing or industrials is a plus.
  • M&A integration experience is helpful but not essential — the role is structured to develop this.

We're passionate about creating an inclusive workplace for our clients that promotes and values diversity. Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be better companies. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work is the right thing to do.

STOIX receives a high level of applications to advertised opportunities. As much as we strive to respond to each application individually and personally, we would advise if you have not received communication within 10 days that your application has been unsuccessful at this time.
