High-Growth Global Consumer Technology Unicorn | International Scope

Salary to attract the best + Stock Options + Benefits

London office-based, 5 days per week mandatory

There are treasury roles that keep the lights on. And there are treasury roles that shape how a company funds its future. This is the second.

We are retained by a founder-led, globally scaling consumer technology business that has moved from challenger to category force in under five years and is still accelerating as a Unicorn. Revenue has grown c. 100% in the last 12 months, with operations spanning Europe, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and China, and North America emerging next.

As the business scales, complexity across cash, funding, FX and banking has increased materially.

The opportunity:

  • Reporting into the CFO, you will own treasury end-to-end across the group.
  • Lead cash, liquidity and forecasting across a fast-growing, multi-currency environment.
  • Design and manage global banking relationships across Europe, the US, India and China.
  • Negotiate, maintain and optimise credit facilities, term loans and revolving credit lines.
  • Play a central role in debt financing activity, including refinancing, upsizing facilities and covenant management.
  • Advise senior leadership on funding strategy, cost of capital and capital structure.
  • Partner with FP&A and Tax on cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding and international liquidity planning.
  • Build scalable treasury policies, controls and systems, including TMS implementation and automation.
  • Manage FX, interest rate and liquidity risk, including hedging strategy and IFRS 9 considerations.
  • Represent the business confidently with banks, lenders, auditors and external partners globally.

This is not a policy-only treasury role. It is about judgement, relationships and execution in a fast-moving international business.

The ideal candidate:

This role will suit a commercial, grounded treasury leader who is comfortable operating independently, travelling when needed, and building credibility with external partners. You are likely to bring:

  • Significant senior experience in treasury, ideally within a high-growth, international and/or complex group.
  • Proven exposure to debt financing and lender engagement, including negotiating and managing RCFs, term loans or bilateral facilities, supporting or leading refinancing, new debt raises or funding restructures, ongoing covenant compliance, reporting and lender relationship management.
  • Strong experience across cash management, FX and liquidity planning in a multi-currency environment.
  • Confidence representing a business with banks and financial institutions across different regions and cultures.
  • A pragmatic mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building capability as the business evolves.
  • Professional qualification such as ACT, ACA, CFA or CPA.

We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace for our clients that promotes and values diversity. Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be better companies. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work is the right thing to do.
