Central London
STOIX is supporting a £multi-billion global technology services provider, growing fast through organic expansion and acquisition.
As part of continued investment in its governance infrastructure, the CFO is hiring a Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance to report directly into them.
This isn't a maintenance role.
You'll design and embed a COSO-aligned control framework, run enterprise risk management end to end, and own business continuity and resilience, for a business that hasn't yet built the governance scaffolding of a listed company.
We're looking for someone who's seen what good looks like inside a large PLC, ideally TMT, and knows how to translate that rigour into a business without the compliance apparatus, not import it wholesale.
You'll have
- Built or materially uplifted a COSO framework, not just operated one
- Run an ERM programme with real board or audit committee reporting
- Owned business continuity and resilience planning that's actually been tested
- Large-scale, complex organisation experience; PLC background strongly preferred
If you've built governance from the ground up rather than inherited it, this is a genuine build mandate with a direct line to the CFO.
Strictly confidential; get in touch to discuss.
