This opportunity involves providing essential tax support within a global acquisitive PLC, with responsibilities focused on M&A transactions, international restructuring, and supporting the business on broader tax advisory.

What You’ll Do
  • M&A Collaboration: Provide tax support for M&A transactions and post-acquisition restructuring, working with deal teams and advisors.
  • Project Management: Manage and implement general restructuring projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Year-End & Audit: Lead year-end deliverables and respond to auditor requests relating to M&A and restructuring.
  • Technical Advisory: Advise on intercompany transactions, dividends, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Collaborate with external advisors on tax compliance and monitor relevant tax law changes.
  • Stakeholder Training: Support and train Finance contacts across the global business.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: Post-qualified experience with an accounting and/or tax qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, or equivalent).
  • International Focus: Hands-on experience with international tax projects; industry experience preferred, but strong practice background considered.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals, both verbally and in writing.
  • Project Skills: Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
