Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced executive search professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on working with clients across all sectors to support them in hiring senior finance and M&A professionals. Attitude and ability are more important that years of experience to us, but we are looking to hire someone that has proven experience of winning business from a relevant client base, and ideally has a good understanding of finance executive search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Leverage our existing client base and develop new client relationships through targeted market outreach. Identify new business opportunities and be able to convert meetings into retained work.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their executive hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Supported by our research and delivery team, identify and attract top-tier executive professionals through various channels, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging our extensive database.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the high standards required for executive roles.
- Market Insights: Provide clients with valuable market insights and trends to help them make informed hiring decisions. Share insights internally to ensure that we are working in an aligned and efficient manner.
- Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to placement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
