StockX is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and focused individual with experience in growing and improving internal IT functions that support the strategic IT vision as well as enable the short and long-term goals of the business as a whole. As a Cloud Engineer on the StockX IT Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and administration of our global systems and infrastructure services supporting a large, distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to strengthen our IT infrastructure using centrally managed, cloud-based tools.
- Automate manual processes wherever possible.
- Serve as an escalation point for day-to-day Helpdesk tickets.
- Review hardware and software to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and configuration guidelines.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects that improve and streamline business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting IT infrastructure in a large, multinational organization, particularly in a majority-SaaS environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with endpoint management (Workspace One and Intune) and supporting a large fleet of corporate-owned and bring-your-own devices.
- Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and related tools, such as ServiceNow.
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certified and/or related Microsoft or Google Certifications.
- Proven experience supporting a fully cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Experience with automation platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
