Location: Teesside Hospice Trading Office, 410 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6HF.
Time Requirement: Our online shop office hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Time commitment and availability can be discussed and agreed with the Shop Manager. Where possible, we ask that all volunteers commit to a minimum of two hours per week.
Role Summary: Join our team as a Posting and Packing Volunteer and become an essential part of our online sales operation! You’ll pack a variety of exciting items, from game consoles and clothes to guitars, ensuring they arrive to our eBay customers quickly and in perfect condition. Your attention to detail and dedication will help us deliver a top‑notch experience to our online shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use appropriate packaging materials to safeguard items and carefully package them for shipping.
- Ensure items are correctly labelled with the relevant details and check orders for accuracy.
- Arranging courier and postage services.
