Northfield School in Tees Valley is seeking a Year Manager to start ASAP. The post is 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus five PD days, with a salary of Grade I points 19–22 (£29,000–£30,482 actual pay).
Closing date: Friday 30th October 2026, 9am. The Year Manager will lead a year group under a Head of Year and Assistant Head, delivering high-quality pastoral care, supporting attendance, supervising pupils and coordinating with families and external agencies to improve life chances.
