Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Visitor Services Officer to join our welcoming and supportive team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
About the role
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will deliver a friendly and efficient reception service across various Council offices in Stockton, helping to create a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike.
Your main duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings
- Providing general administrative support
Our reception services operate between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays.
We are currently recruiting for two part-time positions (22.5 hours per week). One role will work Monday, Thursday and Friday, while the other will work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
