Rosedale is a Residential Care Centre for adults requiring intermediate rehabilitation and assessment services. We provide in house therapy services and promote a strength-based approach, which empowers those accessing the centre to reach their full potential to reduce or delay the need for additional care services.

You will work a set shift pattern consisting of early shifts, starting as early as 7am and late shifts finishing as late as 10pm, over seven days, (alternate weekend work). Additional hours may be available if requested.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working within social care in a similar role and a Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care.

This is a part time role of 25 hours per week and the actual salary for the role is £16,750 – £17,015.
