Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking to recruit a number of Catering Assistants in our Catering Services team.

- Durham Lane Primary School
10 hours per week, Term Time Only (+ 2 days)
Pro rata actual salary – £5,700.05 - Egglescliffe CE Primary School
7.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (+ 2 days)
Pro rata actual salary – £4,275.04 - Ian Ramsey Primary School
10 hours per week, Term Time Only (+ 2 days)
Pro rata actual salary – £5,700.05 - Layfield Primary School
10 hours per week, Term Time Only (+ 2 days)
Pro rata actual salary – £5,700.05
What will you be doing?
As a Catering Assistant in a school, you will be preparing and serving food to students / teachers and making sure kitchen and dining areas are clean and tidy.
The roles will primarily be 5 shifts a week, Monday – Friday over a lunchtime and will be Term Time Only (+ 2 days).
What do you need?
Previous experience would be advantageous but is not required – just a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, good standards of hygiene, the ability to be organised and able to work in a hot kitchen environment.
