Reablement Support Worker

As a Reablement Support Worker, you'll support people in their own homes on a short-term basis following illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role will focus on helping individuals rebuild their confidence, develop everyday living skills, and regain their independence.

Essential Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between clients' homes
• Experience of providing direct support to adults, including assisting with personal care

This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in health and social care who are passionate about supporting people to regain confidence, develop skills, and live independently in their own homes.

This is a part time role of 25 hours per week and the actual salary for the role is £17,856 - £18,722.

(appointments will be made at Grade E-F, dependent on relevant care experience)
