Job Description
We are looking to appoint a skilled, committed and enthusiastic PSA to join our friendly and happy school.
We need someone who is:
- Passionate about pupil well-being.
- Supportive of parents of children with early signs of social, emotional, health, behavioural or poor attendance issues and is able to promote high-quality parenting
- Able to provide impartial information or referrals to parents about the school and relevant local services available to parents
- Able to convey the voice of the child to parents and school staff
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and recording skills
- Able to liaise with outside agencies and attend meetings
The successful applicant will:
- Be an excellent practitioner who has high expectations of self and others and is passionate about enabling children to achieve success.
- Is well motivated and committed to providing a stimulating, happy and caring environment where children are valued as individuals.
- Be able to foster strong relationships with parents, professionals and colleagues.
- Offer a special blend of determination, innovative thinking, creative problem solving, resilience and humour.
