Northfield School is a large 11-16 school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state of the art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced newly refurbished main building and a separate new Year 7 school. Following an inspection in February 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be good in all areas. Results in the summer continued the upward trend. This is a great time to join our school.
We are looking to appoint two positive, flexible, proactive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants. The successful candidates will be patient and caring individuals who can provide effective support to pupils with special educational needs, with a strong emphasis on developing pupil confidence and promoting independent learning.
