Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learner Services Manager to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council on a Fixed Term Contract until 26 June 2026.

In this role you will be responsible for leading on the information, advice and guidance services provided to support learners throughout their learning journey. You will also oversee marketing and engagement activities to enable learners to access courses and support the fulfilment of enrolment targets.

As Principal Safeguarding Officer you will be responsible for ensuring safeguarding and prevent policies are effectively implemented which ensure the welfare of learners. You will also manage learner support functions to ensure effective measures are in place to support individuals to achieve their learning goals.

This is a fixed term contract – the expected duration of the contract is until26 June 2026but will be reviewed periodically with the post holder.
