If so, you might be the perfect fit to support our Senior Business Partner in:
- Analyzing and disseminating performance data to foster an inclusive, council-wide culture of performance and improvement.
- Developing and implementing innovative approaches to track performance, report progress, and use data to improve residents\’ quality of life and visitors\’ experience in our Borough.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing efficient processes for data collation and analysis, including utilizing data lakes and warehouses, to maximize resources and time.
- Supporting the maintenance and use of the Council’s geographical information and mapping systems.
We offer an excellent total reward package, including:
- A competitive salary starting from £37,035 up to £39,513
- 27 days annual leave per year, rising to 32 with 5 years of service (plus bank holidays). Ability to purchase additional leave is also available.
