We are launching a new integrated Family Help Front Door service and are seeking an experienced, dynamic Team Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping this innovative approach. Our new front door will work with families at the earliest opportunity through family help services, while supporting partners to make effective referrals when children require targeted or safeguarding responses. About the role:
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to the Integrated Front Door team.
- Oversee screening and triage processes, ensuring robust multi-agency responses and timely decisions.
