In this fast-paced role, you will be working within the team to assist rough sleepers off the streets into a suitable home via a personalized housing plan. You will support and provide advice to our most vulnerable residents at a time of crisis. We are proud to be an innovative and forward-thinking team who constantly strive to develop best practice to support our most vulnerable residents to access the services they require.
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have:
- Experience of working with vulnerable clients.
- A degree in a relevant subject area or significant knowledge gained through work experience.
- Ability to deal effectively with challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage well with clients and partners.
