We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to lead one of our children’s homes. If you’re committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where children can heal and thrive, this is your opportunity to join a team that truly cares.
About the Role
- Provide strong leadership and ensure high-quality care aligned with our Statement of Purpose.
- Champion a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach that promotes emotional safety and belonging.
- Work closely with therapists to deliver individualised care packages that help children prepare for family life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential childcare in a supervisory capacity.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete within 18 months).
- Ability to register with Ofsted and a proven track record of success.
- Inspirational leadership and a passion for improving outcomes for children.
