Reporting to the Building Supervisor, your work will involve delivering our Disabled Adaptations Program to the highest of standards, enabling our residents to maintain independence and dignity.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver level access showers and other minor disabled adaptations to support our community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to achieve outstanding results
  • Produce accurate reports for reactive and commissioned works
  • Uphold the highest standards of health and safety in all tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who has three years’ experience in delivering level access showers and other minor disabled adaptations to support clients. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or a similar trade. We can provide training towards this qualification for those with relevant experience within the role currently.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in providing disabled adaptations
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Competent in IT, including MS Office and mobile working systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements within construction services
  • Organised, proactive and able to find innovative solutions.
