Do you have experience of working within a homeless / housing environment? Are you enthusiastic and driven, with a can-do attitude? Do you want to work in a varied and rewarding role that helps families and individuals facing homelessness? In this fast-paced role, you will be working within the team to prevent households becoming homeless or assisting them to find suitable accommodation via a personalized housing plan. You will support and provide advice to our most vulnerable residents at a time of crisis, working with them and empowering them to resolve their threat of homelessness. We are proud to be an innovative and forward-thinking team who constantly strive to develop best practice to support our most vulnerable residents to access the services they require.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable clients.
  • A degree in a relevant subject area or significant knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Ability to deal effectively with challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage well with clients and partners.
