We have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Business Partner to join our team here at Xentrall HR Services, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies.

As Business Partner – Systems, you will play a key role in:

  • Supporting the strategy
  • Development and operation of the HR and Payroll System (ResourceLink) across Xentrall HR Services
  • Leading system implementation
  • Enhancements and day-to-day maintenance
  • Providing workforce data and management information
  • Supporting senior-level engagement
  • Contributing to continuous service improvement
