We have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Business Partner to join our team here at Xentrall HR Services, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies.
As Business Partner – Systems, you will play a key role in:
- Supporting the strategy
- Development and operation of the HR and Payroll System (ResourceLink) across Xentrall HR Services
- Leading system implementation
- Enhancements and day-to-day maintenance
- Providing workforce data and management information
- Supporting senior-level engagement
- Contributing to continuous service improvement
