About the Role

As Registered Manager, you’ll :

• Provide strong leadership and ensure high-quality care aligned with our Statement of Purpose.
• Champion a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach that promotes emotional safety and belonging.
• Work closely with therapists to deliver individualised care packages that help children prepare for family life.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in residential childcare in a supervisory capacity.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete within 18 months).
• Ability to register with Ofsted and a proven track record of success.
• Inspirational leadership and a passion for improving outcomes for children.
