Looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the Xentrall Shared Services team at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
About Xentrall Shared Services: A partnership between Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington Borough Councils, providing services to other Councils, Schools, and Academies across the Tees Valley.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer the recruitment process, including issuing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks, issuing contracts, and passing information to Payroll.
- Work closely with applicants, managers, HR colleagues, Schools, and Academies.
- Advertise vacancies and monitor right to work and DBS checks.
Candidate Skills and Experience:
- Experience in HR or Recruitment administration.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset.
