Things are happening and changing at pace here in Children’s Services Residential Sector in Stockton-on-Tees. We’re seeking to recruit a Residential Night Care Worker who is ambitious for children in our care, hardworking, and innovative.

As a Night Care Worker, you will engage effectively with young people and their families to ensure care needs are met at night. This may include support in the family home, residential home, or other community venues.

We will provide structured training and support to help you gain your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. We also support further development through Level 4 or Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care.
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards within 18 months
- A positive attitude and experience working with children and young people
- Ability to work over a 7-day shift rota including weekends
- Enhanced DBS clearance (including overseas police clearance if applicable)
- A full UK driving license
