Job Description:
We are recruiting Assistant Catering Supervisors to join our team at cafes in Preston Park Museum and Wynyard Woodland Park. Our catering services provide high-quality food and drinks to schools and cafes at various locations.
We are looking for organized, hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, preferably with catering supervisory experience and NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking or equivalent. Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen legislation is essential.
Responsibilities include menu planning, ordering, controlling food production, waste management, and ensuring dietary needs are met safely. Positions are available at:
- Preston Park Museum Café: 19.5 hours/week, salary £13,065 – £13,272
- Wynyard Woodland Park Tea Rooms: 21.5 hours/week, salary £14,405 – £14,633
