Pay Scale: Grade I SCP 19 – 22 (£28,900 – £30,377 Actual Salary)

Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 days

Harewood Primary School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our pupils.

• A compassionate and resilient individual with experience in behaviour, inclusion and pastoral care or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
