Hollis Academy, a specialist academy serving up to 85 pupils aged 11 to 16 with SEMHD, is seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Student Behaviour Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the current staff using Trust procedures to manage the improvement of behaviour, attitudes and pastoral care of all students.
- Promote high standards and support the education and welfare of young people with SEMHD.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective behaviour improvement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with SEMHD is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Electronic DBS check and references will be required upon offer.
