Hollis Academy, a specialist academy serving up to 85 pupils aged 11 to 16 with SEMHD, is seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Student Behaviour Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the current staff using Trust procedures to manage the improvement of behaviour, attitudes and pastoral care of all students.
  • Promote high standards and support the education and welfare of young people with SEMHD.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective behaviour improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEMHD is desirable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Electronic DBS check and references will be required upon offer.
