About the Role
As Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting a year group, including:
- Being a role model in embedding our positive culture.
- Rewarding success, hard work and effort.
- Tracking and supporting attendance.
- Overseeing behaviour and pastoral care.
- Working closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support success.

Salary and Working Hours
Salary: Grade I (SCP 19-22), £28,406 – £30,536
Hours: 37 hours per week (Term time only + 10 days)
