About the role

Stocktaking.com provides professional food and beverage stock audits to hotels, bars, and clubs across Northern Ireland and the bordering counties. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Stock Taker to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality finance and stock management. Full training is provided, and your salary will be reviewed upon completion of your 6-month training period.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (overtime regularly available)

Salary: Minimum wage (reviewed after 6 months) + pension

Main duties:

  • Conducting stock audits at hospitality venues including hotels, bars, and clubs
  • Completing accurate handwritten count sheets and using handheld scanners
  • Travelling to client sites across Northern Ireland and border counties (transport provided)

Who we are looking for:

  • A full, clean driving licence (essential)
  • Clear, legible handwriting
  • Normal colour vision (our audit process involves colour-coded ink systems)
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is an advantage but not required
  • A professional, punctual, and detail-oriented approach
