Stocks Hotel is seeking a talented Live-In Chef Manager to lead our kitchen on the beautiful island of Sark.

Seasonal Contract: 20th March 2026 - 31st October 2026

Hours: 54 hours/week, 6 days (1 day off)

Salary: £2500 tax-free per month + contract completion bonus (£200/month) & share of tips
