We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our teams on both days and nights at Stocks Hall Burscough. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the comfort and well-being of each individual. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to following care plans, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary, promoting nutritional health.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff.

Qualifications
