At Stocks Hall Agency we are looking for genuinely caring and passionate people to join our well-established care team on days or nights (over 18βs need only apply). Our committed staff deliver the highest standards of individual care to our residents, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Person centred care is at the core of what we do, allowing those we care for to flourish and our staff to feel immense satisfaction in their everyday duties.
You will be working in any of our care home sites at Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Burscough and Mawdesley. Agency positions are great for those needing flexible work. You give us your availability and we work around your commitments (although at least one shift a month will need to be completed to stay on our system).
Although we require no experience, as we provide full paid training (both online and classroom based), we ask that you have a genuine passion for caring for others, communicate well with your team and residents and most important of all have a good sense of humour.
We offer all the usual company benefits, including competitive rates of pay β see our website for more β the one thing we feel makes the most difference is our employee of the month award. Those who go above and beyond each month receive a day pass to our Health Club & Spa to help wash away stress and refresh your mind to allow you to continue to be the best carer you can be. You need to look after yourself first!
If you are interested in joining us, please give our Co-ordinator Lydia a call and we can answer any questions you may have and get you started on your journey with us here at Stocks Hall Nursing & Care Group.
