Role Description

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated HGV Technicians to join our busy and well-equipped workshops across the North West.

Duties

As an HGV Technician, you'll play a key role in inspecting, servicing, and repairing our customers heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.

  • Routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs and Trailers.
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults using the latest diagnostic tools.
  • Completing inspections in line with DVSA standards.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Working efficiently as part of a supportive workshop team.
  • Required Certification & Experience
  • Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working on HGVs and Trailers in a workshop environment.
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
  • HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (desirable but not essential).
  • IRTEC accreditation (bonus but not required).
  • Hours

Rotating shift pattern – 06:00 – 18:00 Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday – alternate weekends as required
