We are seeking to appoint anoutstanding practitioner to the post of AttendanceAssistant – Educational Outreach Officer.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational andinnovative candidate, ideally with a proven track record or future potential toconsistently deliver high quality service provision and outcomes for studentsand families.
This role will provide the postholder with the opportunity to join a large, vibrant, well established and verysuccessful school, and within it, a very strong and effective pastoral andadministrative support team. The successful candidate will also be able tofreely access and gain excellent professional development as they progress intheir career.
The Attendance Role:
The post involves supportingthe Attendance Manager with the responsibility for the support,challenge and administration of effective Attendance systems to supporteducational engagement in school.
Toraise the profile and importance of attendance within the school and communityby working to develop procedures and initiatives aimed at raising andmaintaining attendance.
To improve and maintain wholeschool attendance and address and reduce persistent non-attendance to a minimumof national levels.
