Teaching Assistant - Upper KS2 & SEND Stockport
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly one-form entry primary school in Stockport. This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP, supporting pupils across Upper KS2 with additional SEND responsibilities.
The Role
- Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
- Supporting pupils across Upper KS2
- Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions where required
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
- Helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous KS2 experience is essential
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential
- Confident supporting learning both independently and as part of a team
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils' progress
Pay: £95 per day PAYE
