My client is looking for an experienced
Social Media Manager to own and lead the global social media strategy across all platforms. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and creative
Social Media Manager who understands how to build communities, drive engagement and deliver best-in-class content across channels including Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global social media strategy across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and emerging platforms.
- Define the purpose, role and objectives of each social channel, ensuring clear direction across all markets.
- Establish platform-specific strategies covering audience behaviour, content formats, publishing cadence and growth opportunities.
- Set creative and performance standards globally, ensuring consistent brand execution across all regions.
- Balance global brand consistency with regional and channel-specific requirements.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates and new opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop global content pillars, creative frameworks and best-practice guidelines.
- Ensure social channels are insight-led, strategic and aligned with wider business objectives.
Use analytics and audience insights to influence creative direction, testing and optimisation.
- Monitor key performance metrics including engagement, reach, saves, shares, audience growth and conversion.
- Continually improve social performance through experimentation and data-driven decision making.
