Monday: 10:00 - 19:00

Tuesday: 10:00 - 19:00

Friday: 10:00 - 19:00

Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00

Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00

Your Role

As the face of the brand in-store, you'll create memorable customer experiences and help shoppers discover the latest innovations in home entertainment.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Delivering exciting product demonstrations that bring technology to life.
• Showcasing premium features including OLED TVs, Mini LED technology, Dolby Atmos sound solutions, and the latest home entertainment innovations.
• Converting customer interest into sales and consistently achieving targets.

Bringing the Brand to Life

• Maintaining an eye-catching retail display area.
• Ensuring products are presented to the highest standards.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and creating excitement around the product range.
• Building strong relationships with store colleagues and supporting product training where needed.

Learning & Growing

• Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and competitor products.
• Participating in regular training and development sessions.
• Providing valuable feedback on customer trends, promotional activity, and sales performance.
