The Role
We are looking for a motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, patient-focused role where you will be at the heart of our business—engaging with prospective patients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards life-changing treatment solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with potential patients via phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Convert enquiries into booked consultation appointments
- Understand patient needs and recommend suitable treatment options

- Coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation when needed
