As a Recovery Officer you will work with customers to enable them to pay their rent and service charges, providing an accessible and informative service, and striking the right balance between enforcement and support. This is a performance and target driven role focused on providing the right support, at the right time and delivering a consistent high-quality service. With a lot of on the job learning and development, the right person will have the opportunity to really thrive and support the team in continuing to be a sector leader in this area.
A full UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
