Are you highly organised? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment within a busy team? Are you able to build and maintain positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re currently recruiting a Planner to join our Business Support Team. You will work alongside our planning team, scheduling repairs on both domestic, void, and commercial contracts.
The key purpose of this position is to provide a quality repair service to both our customers and the community and be the first point of contact for queries relating to works scheduled and emergency repairs.
In your role as Planner, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for our operatives and subcontractors.
- Maximise the efficiency of operatives' schedules.
- Ensure all appointments and emergency repairs are completed within priority timescales.
- Keep customers informed about their scheduled appointments.
- Notify managers of any resourcing challenges that may impact performance.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, handling queries and processing invoices.
